Well, we've made it half way through our move! We are in, if not settled, in our 3-mos leased apt., the majority of our stuff is safely (we hope) tucked away in professional storage just awaiting our beconning, and we will soon start Phase II of the process (looking for our new domicile not too far away)! Just for the experience (mine), I'm going to try to insert a link to the apt complex website (Marquis). We are in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath unit (i.e., "Kirin") that is relatively comfortable, although noticeably smaller than our previous digs.
We are just using our mobile phones for now (testing out the old "cutting the cord" situation).

Thanks to Donald & Celia, Austin & Tracey, Tracey's brother Kevin, Janice, and Lloyd Hetrick who helped me move us into the apt the weekend before Jennifer returned from Taiwan. She got it Wednesday evening, we closed at 0800 the next morning, and the movers completed getting us out on Friday!
Just got back from helping Austin get moved back into his college residence hall. Most students won't be back for another week, but he is a Resident Assistant (R.A.) again this year, so he's getting ready for the rest of 'em. The part he seems to like most is the free room and board for his efforts.
